About Us

For over 45 Years Bob Parson has been a fixture in Scottsville, Virginia. Bob has been repairing TVs, radios and more recently for about 25 years --satellite dishes. Bob is a very experienced Dish Network brand dealer and installer. He is also well known for his excellent work and his reputation for honesty and fair dealing. In the era of BIG BOX retailers, Bob stands out as one of the few remaining small business electronics shops in the Charlottesville and Central Virginia area.

Bob and his wonderful wife Lular were partners in their business and in ministry until early January 2007 year when Lular was called home to be with the Lord. A soul winner until her death, Bob and his family, friends and customers miss Lular dearly! Thanks to our friends and relatives and customers for your understaning and for being there for Bob and the Parson family in this difficult time. Bob and Lular were married for over 51 years!

Company history

In business for over 45 years at the same location, Bob got his start working in DC after leaving the Air Force. He later moved to his native Scottsville at his current location where he worked from his kitchen part time while working full time. As Bob's reputation as the "TV MAN" got out, he moved to a small workshop on his property which he outgrew. After leaving his full time position with a Charlottesville company, Bob and Lular moved into their current location on their property in the early 1970s. Bob has maintained a full time electronics sales and repair business ever since.
